FINALISTS ANNOUNCED FOR THE 2026 AUSTRALIAN BEAUTY INDUSTRY AWARDS
Spanning over 33 award categories, this year’s ABIAs attracted over 350 entries, a record-breaking result that reflects the continued growth and strength of the industy, as well as the expanding influence of the awards throughout Australia and New Zealand.
A significant milestone for 2026 is the introduction of dedicated entries for the prestigious categories of Australian Beauty Salon/Spa/Clinic of the Year – 4 Treatment Rooms or Less and 5 Treatment Rooms or More. For the first time, these coveted national titles were entered directly rather than being determined from state category winners, further elevating their prestige and competitiveness.
Winners will be announced at the 2026 ABIA Gala, to be held on Sunday, 16th August 2026, in the spectacular ICC Sydney Ballroom, one of Australia’s most state-of-the-art event venues. As one of Australia’s premier event venues, the ballroom will provide the perfect backdrop for an evening of red-carpet glamour, world-class entertainment and the celebration of industry excellence. Opening entertainment, kept under wraps, will no doubt wow the audience as usual under the guidance of Adam Williams and be a spectacular way to kick off the event.
The evening will also unveil the 2026 Beauty Squad, the esteemed industry program championing emerging talent, sponsored by Elleebana, Gay Wardle Skin Institute, Inskin Cosmedics, Dermapenworld and Candela. All guests will also enjoy a Red Carpet Pre-Drink Reception before the awards, followed by an exclusive onsite After Party featuring a DJ and dance floor, proudly sponsored by Lira Clinical and Saint Minerals.
