An internationally renowned colour educator and founder of the prestigious Sydney salon Que Colour, Monique has built an exceptional career spanning three decades. A long-time collaborator of Christophe Robin for over 10 years, we are delighted to strengthen our partnership with someone who embodies the artistry, expertise, and passion for hair that defines our brand. Monique will actively represent Christophe Robin, hosting global masterclasses and press events to support the brand’s colour heritage and artisanal roots.

Beyond her salon work, Monique’s expertise is highly sought atter on the international education circuit, where she has led training sessions for top Australian salons: Edwards and Co., Valonz, Toni & Guy, Bixie, and more; as well as hosting masterclasses for audiences of over 1000 in Los Angeles and Hong Kong. She has also worked behind the scenes at New York Fashion Week and Australian Fashion Week for brands like Zimmermann.
Monique’s skill is undeniable, but what truly sets her apart is her effervescent personality and ability to forge genuine connections with clients, students and audiences alike. Her fearless creativity, infectious enthusiasm, and technical mastery make her one of the most influential colourists of our time.
