“My collection is a representation of the stark contrast between our own reality and where we allow our minds to escape to. With the cost of living going up and standards of living going down, the words Las Vegas sprayed in the street is either an invite to forget your reality for a moment, or challenge you to think whether the headspace of excessive expense would provide what you need. The way I’ve chosen to capture this collection will tell you my answer – I like to lean into the grit a little bit, whilst aspiring to capture beauty. The hair is wearable and relatable, slightly tweaked and gently pushed to make you look twice.”
