Hosted by GHD’s ANZ Education Manager Hayley Pullyn – Accompanied by Australian Hair Icons: GHD ambassador Natalie Anne, and Joey Scandizzo (in his new role as the “Duet Styler Ambassador”).
The Team took to the stage and showed off the new tool with 4 live models who’s hair ranged from short tight blond curls, to long naturally frizzy hair. They also showed the audience some practical tips and tricks with the Duet Styler.
Whilst the team was preparing for the show, Mocha Group’s Jarred Stedman got the exclusive backstage interview with all three.
They share their styling tips, and how the GHD Duet Styler can be useful in salon. Natalie Anne even drops in her hair cheat day secret with “A Bird Bath” technique.
Joey Scandizzo showed off his favourite feature “the unique shine shot mode” (which is for dry hair only) delivering instant frizz-free hair and 2x more shine.
Natalie Anne said, after using it for a few months, she has found it especially useful for drying and styling her hair extensions by herself.
Ludovic Dellazzeri (GHD Managing Director for ANZ) and Karen Cox (GHD Head of Marketing/Brand) introduced the night under Sydney’s spectacular skyline in the botanical gardens outdoor venue ‘The Calyx’.
