L’Oréal Professional Products Division recently concluded its highly successful Business Forum 2025 at The Star, Brisbane.
The event, held from May 4th-6th, brought together salon professionals, industry experts, and L’Oréal leadership for two days of inspiration, education, and collaboration, all centered around the theme of “Elevating the Pro.”
The overarching purpose of the forum was to empower salon partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to thrive in today’s evolving beauty landscape. L’Oréal reaffirmed its commitment to supporting hairdressers, recognising their crucial role in the industry and their ability to transform lives.
Carlos, in his opening address, emphasised this partnership: “Hairdressers are the heart and soul of our community. We are inspired by your passion, your craft, and your ability to transform lives, empowering individuals to look and feel their best.”
The forum highlighted the significant opportunities within the professional haircare market, despite current economic challenges. While consumers are stretching out salon visits, they are spending more per visit, creating potential for growth through premium services and products.
Carlos noted, “There are two blue oceans of growth opportunities that we have not yet unlocked together.” These include expanding in-salon treatments and increasing the adoption of premium haircare products.
