With a trailblazing career spanning 17 years, she’s left quite an organic mark on Melbourne’s inner west community & hairdressing industry, bagging accolades such as AHIA Victorian Salon Of The Year 23, Newcomer Salon Of The Year award, Most Innovative Business Of The Year Award, Contribution to Business Award, AHIA New Creative talent & HOT SHOTS finalist.
Sheridan is an all rounded hairdresser though her passion for creative cutting & colour knows no bounds! She’s on a mission as a salon owner to nurture and empower the next generation of hairdressers & shape shift the future of the hairdressing industry!
She spoke to Sheridan about her decision to join the O&M family of Ambassadors:
Why did you choose O&M?
We chose O&M as our salon partner firstly because it’s Australian born & made, also being the cleanest colour on the market is a total value alignment with MAMAWEST. I also appreciate the work O&M is doing within the industry, like their wellness retreats, giving hairdressers the tools to look after themselves inside & outside the salon environment. I low key love that the founder of O&M is a WOMAN too!
Favourite O&M products?
I’ve been playing with the VIVIDS that are coming 2024 and I L-L-LOVE the long lasting impact, texture & scent. And let’s not forget the Desert Dry.
What are you known for?
All things blonde & anything BOLD!!!! My niche is creating cutting & colour. I love to pushing the boundaries and creating trends rather than following.
