The very last three copies of the HAIR 2010 – 2019 coffee table book made to raise funds for Hair Aid will be auctioned at Hair Festival.
Leanne Cutler of Hair Shots 2 The World, as one who has always loved supporting Hair Aid, said all auction bidders of $300 and over will receive $100 off their next Siren Marketing or Hair Shots 2 The World service.
She said that the book represents a very special decade, as the first stage of Hair Shots 2 The World that promoted mostly Australian and New Zealand hairdressers and it really made a splash.
“I think 2015 and 2016 was a very special time for Australia and New Zealand as it was really apparent that for the first time, Australasia were the leaders of hairdressing creativity,” Leanne said.
The Hair Aid stand at Hair Festival is where the bidding will happen. Auction winners will be announced on Tuesday 2 July after Hair Festival.
“We’ll be taking bids to 3pm on Monday 1 July at Hair Festival,” Leanne said.
“So far, the book has raised over $5,000 for Hair Aid, mostly during lockdown. Only three books remain, so this is hairdressers’ last chance to get this coffee table book which records a very special time in our hairdressing history,” said Hair Aid CEO and Founder Selina Tomasich.
“It includes the most exquisite hair fashion photography by 136 hairdressers or hairdressing teams and we are very grateful to all the photographers who gave permission for the images to be used to help raise these funds.”
